Provisioning Workflow
Once all open issues have been resolved you can provision the PBX configuration file to the target system. The Publish tool will only work if you have resolved ALL open issues and have validated the configuration data in the Validations window. For a detailed explanation of Validations click HERE.
To publish the configuration to the target PBX;
- In Menu at the Batch level, click on Publish
- The Publish window will open
- Click Publish to Target System button. Automaticly the system will check that data validation has taken place and that there are no open issues in the configuration. If any issues are found an Error message will appear and the provisioning process will stop
- If no issues are found, the system will connect to the target PBX and begin implementing the new configuration. You will know this process is underway when you see the blue spinning cog in the top right hand corner of the window
The provisioning process can take several hours to complete depending on the number of users and the number of licences being provisioned. You can continue to work on the system and prepare other batches as provisioning takes place
- When Provisioning completes the spinning cog will disappear and an email will be sent to the owner of the batch
