Resolving Open Issues: Opening User & Device Lists - Workflow

1. To access the list of open issues for the users of a specific Group, select a project from the Migration Projects window and click Open.


2. The Source PBX window opens, select a source PBX and click Open.


3. The Batches dashboard opens, from the Menu pain select Groups & Batches.


4. From the Groups window select the group you will be working on and click on the group name.


5. The List of Users & Devices window opens, showing all the users and devices for that group. This window is the starting point for all user related operations, individual user editing as well as bulk administration. The main screen displays a list of all the users and devices that belong to the group.
