Note: Applicable only for Skype for Business On-Prem Server target system


Click on Export in the sidebar to navigate to the export screen.


Select the users to export.

  • Only the users who were marked for migration and were not previously exported.
  • All the users that are marked for migration. New users as well as users that were exported in all the previous export operations.

Clicking the Generate button starts generating the target configuration. When the process completes, the Download buttons for each of the various configuration files are enabled.

The available configuration files are:

  1. SfB Configuration – The configuration for the SfB server.
  2. CUCM Side by Side Configuration – The configuration for the CUCM for a side-by-side environment. This is only available if the side-by-side information was configured for the selected group. See section ‎6.9.1.
  3. Exchange VM Configuration – A power-shell script to configure the voice mail. This needs to be executed on the Exchange Server.
  4. Additional AD users – In the case a user is configured with multiple phone numbers in the legacy PBX, a feature that is currently not supported by SfB, Univonix Migrate can overcome the limitation by generating ‘dummy’ users, see Users with Multiple Phone Numbers ‎ If this option was chosen, this configuration file will include a power-shell script to generate the required users in the AD. It should be executed on a machine with write access to the AD.  


For on-prem SfB target system, you will need to use the Univonix Migrate Import Tool application to upload the Univonix Migrate configuration export file into the SfB server. This small utility should be installed in the same local area network where the SfB FE is located.
